Our company:

Zoelight is a small company that was found in 2022, after a worldwide fall caused by the pandemic as a means to regain stability. We are a lessor Company Registered and established in Canada,We are excited to takeoff and excel in the coming generations until we are well known worldwide for great services.Our main lessor focus is on VR and Vending machines contracted to various companies in Canada.

All of our lesser products are designed, produced and according to the European standard, American standard. And have been approved by ZE and the Government of Canada.
We have the best designing, sales, manufacturing, marketing, installation,after-sale team.Most of our contracts are in Canada only so far, although we aim to maximize worldwide and have as leased contracts as we can in different countries.

Customer Service

Before installing the machines, we ensure everything is properly working to our customer satisfaction. Ensure the machines are hazard free. We provide online support and remote assistance around the clock. You can make appointments on our website to inform us of your concerns, queries, salutations and suggestions or the time you need such support and service. And we will provide such support and service as per your requirements and appointments while adhering with our contract terms.

About Warrant

Our machines have at least two years of warranty, for any maintenance or replacement it is catered for. we employed a customer service model for our 24-hour appointments, namely 2 engineers (1 technical engineer + 1 after-sales engineer) to ensure that any of the machine's problems can be solved rapidly.

About Services Within One Year Warranty Period

Before delivery to the location of service, we provide necessary spare parts and quick-wear parts. In case any part has a natural damage we provide a replacement.
